Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you’re returning.
  3. Ship the item to Propalock Returns, 19 Whaley Road EN6 2RA Hall Grove N12 8PJ, within the 30-day return window. Please note that return postage is not prepaid, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
