30-Day Return Window:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer support team at email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you’re returning.
- Ship the item to Propalock Returns, 19 Whaley Road EN6 2RA Hall Grove N12 8PJ, within the 30-day return window. Please note that return postage is not prepaid, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. Please note that, like returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
