. Refunds & Returns

• Standard products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in unused, original condition.
• To request a refund, please contact us at info@propalock.com with your order details.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

. Large Order Returns & Refunds

• Orders of 25 sets/units or more are classified as bulk orders.
• Due to the production and stock commitments required to fulfil such orders, cancellations or returns (unless the goods are faulty or not as described) are subject to a maximum refund of 50% of the order value.
• The remaining 50% will be retained to cover costs incurred by us in processing and producing the order.
