Welcome to Propalock. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • Propalock is a manufacturer and seller of specialised locking tools designed and manufactured in-house.
  • These Terms apply to all sales made through our website.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide (billing, shipping, contact) are accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on any of our products at this time.
  • Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.
  • We accept major payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Standard products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in unused, original condition.
  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@propalock.com with your order details.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6. Large Order Returns & Refunds

  • Orders of 25 sets/units or more are classified as bulk orders.
  • Due to the production and stock commitments required to fulfil such orders, cancellations or returns (unless the goods are faulty or not as described) are subject to a maximum refund of 50% of the order value.
  • The remaining 50% will be retained to cover costs incurred by us in processing and producing the order.

7. Warranty

  • Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propalock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
